Tom in Joel’s Story [Photos + HD Caps]

Tom is an ambassador for the Nairobi-based charity the Lunchbowl Network, which looks after vulnerable youngsters and back in April he met Joel Kioko, a teenager from the notorious Kuwinda slum in Nairobi, the capital of Kenya, that has been awarded a place at the English National Ballet School in London, even though he has never seen a full-length ballet on stage. We added a photo taken by Nikki Holland and 480+ HD Screencaps from the seven-minute short directed by Emma Flett. You can watch the short by clicking the link under the thumbs and we also included a link to donate if you’d like to help ^^

The story of a young man from the slums of Africa who has danced his way from poverty to prominence, and the inspiration he carries for a generation.
